    Job description

    We are looking for a fun, vibrant HR and Recruitment superstar to join our team reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture. In this role, you will be responsible for adding value to the business by delivering recruitment advice, administrative support, and services to contribute to effective business strategy implementation to enhance employee contribution to the business.
    We are a fast-growing business and require a people person who thrives off a fast-paced environment, who can hit the ground running.

    What You'll do


    • Assist in the creation of employment contracts, offer letters and other employee related documents
    • Supporting managers in recruitment and selection processes (including approvals, advertising and interviewing)
    • Manage, collate applications and responses and ensuring timely updates are provided on stages of the recruitment progress
    • Telephone screen and arrange interviews for suitable candidates
    • Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations
    • Creation and maintenance of employee and contractor files
    • Writing up job descriptions and upload them onto different recruitment platforms
    • Build up relationships with external recruitment agencies
    • Participate at HR events to drive business and learn new ways to attract talent
    • Assisting the Senior HR & Recruitment Specialist with the maintenance of ATS, including the advertising of all roles over different mediums

    What you'll need to succeed


    • 2 -3 years of experience in HR/Administration/Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced technology industry
    • Degree qualified, BSc Human Resources or Business Administration degree is preferred
    • Experience in managing end to end recruitment in accordance with targeted selection recruitment methodology
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Effective communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels in the company
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, even when under pressure
    • High attention to detail
    • Flexible to attend after-hours calls/meetings or work on certain tasks that may fall outside of normal work hours
