Hi Dentie, your bullet points are perfect for sales/targeted individual performance roles, for team roles, not so much.
If you like what the co deliver, challenged by the role type, working with a fun loving team, the money is a benefit... not your reason for applying. Offering bigger $ attracts those loyal to $ not necessarily loyal to Co + whom move on if bigger $ offered (hence retention issues).
