The advertised job doesn't seem to be for a "tech specialist". It is simply for a business analyst.
If I was a prospective employee looking for work and liked what Nearmap was delivering to its customers, then I would "better" respond to this ...
What's on offer
That signals to any prospective employee that the company is serious about its business and so long as you contribute to its goals, you will do very nicely indeed - with no restriction.
- Extremely competitive remuneration; plus
- Performance related equity based opportunities
IMO, the rest of the bullet pointed stuff directly (& unnecessarily) impacts the bottom line and can equally be achieved at some fun park etc. Then again, maybe that's how business is done in the US......
