If all your looking for is a share-price to go from $1.92 to $2.10 then I agree with you. Why borrow the funds? Just keep costs low, harvest the current book of cases that matures in 2018 and you will get there with plenty in hand. The way the market is valuing the shares I think consensus is with you as well.
However for me I like the extra funds - I wish they had raised more. For me it is a signal that management recognise the opportunity. In my experience its rare for any listed company to be given the opportunity to invest in assets or projects with IRRs that IMF are facing at the moment.
