Stellar said Bunnenberg is understood to be a long term investor who is enthusiastic about its Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania and keen to see it becoming a producing mine.

German-based Bunnenberg also holds a 45.1% stake in Impact Minerals (ASX: IPT).

In addition to Stellar Resources Limited, Dr. Elsasser is also a Non-Executive Director of the following companies

    Impact Minerals LTD
Dr. Elsasser (57) is a German financier

As head of the Elsasser family office M. Elsasser & Cie AG 1971 in Dusseldorf, Germany, Dr Elsasser provides advice to a number of European based investors

along with his experience and advice in financing junior resource companies

Signature down the bottom looks like DR M Elsasser to me capacity bit left blank but maybe he was confused over who he is working for.

Why not just say DR M Elsasser is being given a job to look out for Bunnenbergs interest as a major shareholder.

Are they hinting that Stellar might go for private a investment from private investors helpfully arranged by Dr M Elsasser?

I think the best way to get a good deal over Heemskirk (after the expected very good preliminary feasibility study) is to talk to and attract a range of bidders with no preferred bidders unless they are offering a much better deal than all the rest.

    Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
