I would be absolutely astonished if the major shareholders were selling into the Buyback. The last top 20 in the annual report last Sept had no change from the previous year. Also as both substantial shareholders they would need to lodge a notice with the ASX for every 1% change in shareholding. Based on my quick research I don't think they either of them has sold a share into the Buyback.
