I wonder if the major shareholders ie Tim and Deb are selling into the buy back. If they are not selling it may make going private a cheaper proposition for them as the minorities diminish, even at a higher price per share.
I've been buying this stock since shortly after the back door listing. My memory says the price got to $1 for a short time. Hindsight tells me I should have traded them then. Oh we'll!
I'm holding for the dividends and maybe a big payday. Although I'd rather see the company continue to grow organically than it be taken private.
