thats one approach no mercy
alternativelt the co would be happy to get the cash in from the oppies and jerry wouldnt miss out, he has oppies and if the 13.5c was reached and we will all paid up then the value of the co and his shares improves.
anyway when we need more $ jerry will stump up the cash for more shares and problem solved for him
