I hate to break it to you but you are working on as many assumptions as me. For example the revenue trend decline and the assumption is continues at the same rate is an assumption
My assumptions are as follows
Licencimg fees cut to 1.5%
Revenue decrease of 7%
Overall cost decrease of 5%
However I do not project revenue decrease to perpetuity and I think we will see this stabilise within 3 years . I also believe by then or earlier the legislative shackles will be lossened and then costs Synergies not a merger : takeover make PRT an entirely different value proposition
