That's part of what I based my fundamental analysis when I was buying in the mid 20's. The Technical side far supports this with the bids at 0.30 appearing pre-open.
It's been a slog to get to this level, but shorters have endeered themselves here. Soon the tide turns... remain the buy of 2009!
