It would be excellent if NRW did not fail to secure this rail contract .

Saragian so the main impact is timing (thanks for the caps!) ....and possibly a move away from major companies offering many small tenders?
..... or a collation/amalgamation of tenders into a single big one if the same company (us?) wins multiple small ones?


I had found what I thought was a useful link this morning and tried to look at the interim report with new understanding except it didn’t work and what with that and Waiting for Godot and stuff ....well that’s another slightly uncanny ‘save’ to your account dear person . Thank you.

It does seem to be explanatory but sadly, in retrospect, ‘biggest change in century’ , ‘effectively scrap’ and (the powerful) “Triple Whammy” were probably enough to obfuscate all else for me.
