So a timely reminder here that the company is an equal opportunities employer.
Five years agoThe 2014 Annual-Report noted 14% female personnel and 8% indigenous participation.
The 2017 Annual Report notes the Board “had set an objective of women employed by the NRW Holdings group of 15.0%. For the year ended 30 June 2017, the actual percentage of women employed was 13.45%. It should be noted that within the NRW Civil and Mining business (the largest employment entity) the actual number was 19.18%.”
Last year the 2018 Annual Report seems to mention diversity only in relation to the expanded and diversified services offering ....I assume this means gender issues within NRW Holding are non issues.
Still, congratulations on your successes and thank you to everyone who works at NRW or any of it’s Holdings, and particular gratitude on International Women’s Day to every woman
And, as an aside a reminder of the diversity that was one of the themes of the last Annual report .
Jules was speaking of the many ways in which the company has developed ;
......”These improvements reflect our increased diversity and an improving confidence in both the Resources and Infrastructure sectors. .....
We remain confident of improving activity levels in resources and infrastructure for the next five years.
We have ended the financial year more diversified by client, commodity and service capability than at any time in our history.
