Yes, about that last point.  What’s a gold company that has  tenements with lower grades than the DFS suggests worth?  Hopefully $10mil. I’d hazard a guess and say not much.  What’s the value of the mill, and is there any other lenders in line in front of us?  On the face of it, not that happy about the deal but trust that Jules has it sorted.

I had a bad experience with Discovery Metals where the grades were nowhere near what they stated in the DFS.  Had a takeover offer at $1.70 odd and the board told KPMG to write a report saying that it was undervalued and to recommend that they refuse the offer.  They then refused to open the books to the buyer.  The buyer withdrew the offer and then the Emperor was shown to have no clothes.  Admin followed and sold the whole deal for peanuts.  Outrageous.  Hope GCY pulls through.
