I haven’t had a coffee Parma but I have been up since 5, climbed 13 floors , walked 4,751 steps*, made a HUGE summer fruit salad, ate all but a bit of it..... and have done some useful research ..and it’s only just past 9am and I think my detox is working and I really really really want a cup of coffee which means I have to go out .
....But I am too tired to go out because I need a coffee.
*sigh*

I was thinking about that recent AFR story where Jules says NRW is fortunate because the longer term 12-18 month projects are attracting ex employees to return .

Argyle rehabilitation- six months ( may get extended)
FMG rail bulk earthworks - less than a year ?
BHP South Flank - bulk earthworks and concrete - started last September -15 months
Altura is longer but not a new job...

What else do we have up there ?
