I know at least one poster had them, but I have forgotten who, so everyone else is looking extremely sophisticated to me right now.


For the record, whether they be sophisticated or not, NRW Holdings’ history of supporting shareholders is one of the reasons it has a hard core, passionate troupe of loyal followers.

At FIRST opportunity- August 2017, NRW offered regular retail holders discount shares:
“Due to the Golding acquisition, NRW is offering a share purchase plan (SPP) to shareholders on record at 11 August 2017 (see Table 1). Under the SPP, eligible shareholders can purchase up to $10,000 in additional shares (in increments of $2,500) at 68 cents per share.
With NRW's share price now $1.12, helped by another recent material contract win, the SPP potentially offers good profits.

That immediately gave shareholders a 44c per share ‘win’ on new shares.
I guess we have had a bit of capital appreciation since then too despite current low prices
(Which, with price today up to $1.875 , may not be so current any more .....)
