Good morning everybody ...although last night Trump threatened to shut down  the US Government if he doesn’t get his way with the Mexican wall... https://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-12...hutdown-funding-wall-street-volatile/10609286
...and what the Australian stock market will make of that I do not know except low prices here mean a potential dividend return  of almost 3%.

That alone is almost reason to buy is it not ?


At the AGM the intention dividends should be ongoing was announced.
And although  Morningstar often gets it wrong it predicts 5c for next year on my CommSec page .
- On a $1.72 share price that’s a return of 2.91%.

And if, perchance,  the share price does ever climb to the lofty heights of  $2.30 level, there is also  a 30% appreciation  in capital!  (I think that’s how the maths works )

$1.30 range is not just off the top of my head.
It’s been called by really good deep value investors here who have been watching this company for years and by a formidable technical analyst as well.
This company is not just equipped with the best management team there is,   in these forums there are genuine human beings who have an amazing knowledge base ( and do sometimes get a word in .)
