Obviously they want to get cracking on the village ......
So too other infrastructure essentials NRW is qualified to take on and has perhaps already been in early negotiation about since May. (Railway? Airport? Roads ? And so much more)
I bought some more at close on the basis the short sellers would want my money and would take it whilst keeping the price down...
And they did.
So yes I am the classic average of a phsychologically-swayed, mistake-making punter but surely with such high short sales this means someone is saying “yes you can play with my shares but I am NOT going to sell them....and in fact if you play the price down far enough I will buy more.”
Despite global market gloom I find it hard to believe prices here are as low as they currently are.
