If you set the budget on say 0.66 per Litre, and 12 months down the track its 0.81 per lire ? Which it is now or close to for the miners, who picks up the short fall ? If fuel in the tender is FOC yes the client will, affecting there bottom line, and flows on to the share holder. Trains and powerhouses cut through lots of fuel not just a few diggers, drills and trucks.
The hike in fuel is in most of the miners/contractors reports, when you do more research Sabine you will see this. Have a nice Tuesday coal free.
