I do not try to change market sentiment, just understand the territory.

Albeit perhaps a little biased, I feel I do understand the calibre of management.
NRW Holdings has ‘walked through fire’ twice with the company being well under 20c a share after GFC, and then down to 4c a share not so long ago after the mining crash and Samsung debacle.
The way we have surged from that valuation did not happen by accident.

Real teams get forged in those kinds of conditions .
I trust the team .
I know it can operate successfully in ANY territory
But the more I understand the background of the overall market the better I appreciate the team.


As I wrote before I think the reason we missed the $175M NorthLink 2 contract when it was flagged in company announcements at least twice (NRW has a traditionally modest commentary on its expectations) was because the CPB/John Holland alliance undercut the bid. .. It seems to have done them little good.

The more havoc there is out there in jobs NRW is not responsible for, the better we look.
Golding recently won more work on the Pacific Highway upgrade (noted earlier as a contractor’s suicide stretch of road).
Seems we have found a sweet spot there where others have not .
Does the ‘rest of the world’ notice? Yes.
Does this gain us industry respect? Yes.
Is this across the board ? Yes
