    While we clearly face our own problems, Western Australia and Northern Territory operate under a different set of rules to the rest of Australia. It’s known as the West Coast Model.
    Building contracts dispute expert, John Murray published a review for the Federal Goverment last May in which he recommended the application of nationally consistent rules.

    With an independent WA based 500 page report due to be tabled to Minister for Commerce, Bill Johnston yesterday, he was in Perth to defend his findings at the ‘Great Murray Debate” last week.
    NRW Holdings was on the panel .
