NWH and other savvy service suppliers have to tread carefully to avoid CAPEX to meet medium-term opportunities without being left with a partially idle equipment fleet when the current scramble for replacement tonnage by FMG, BHP and RIO subdues to a viable norm. Provided this feast-or-famine scenario is put on the negotiating table, RIO should be able to negotiate a win-win deal with a flexible service provider.
