To me - here - you are taking the line you look at the ‘forest ‘ rather than the individual tree.
But in that post last November you seemed to decry that kind of vision

I perhaps wrongly interpreted that post as a ‘rage against the machine ‘ and a call for individual empowerment
But now you say intuitively know the management can be deindividualised into a mediocre stereotype with no understanding of the wider world presiding over a bunch of frustrated ‘wage slaves’
Is that supposed to be provocative or hilarious?

And why should ‘good’ management becshareholder friendly?
I believe a ‘good’ management is shareholder polite and gets on with business.
Example: as an NRW holder pointed out, at a recent update here the company was most likely obliged under ASX rules to announce greater profit expectations and did not do this to pander to anyone .
