Hi Risk... I did get a reply to my letter to Commsec .
It had been written to someone called Lily who I had previously written to about something else but Lily was ‘away’ so an anonymous entity replied.
Basically Commsec “has paid contracts with third parties to provide the data,”
Morningstar is one of the main providers .
There is a disclaimer at the bottom of the page to cover them if the information is wrong.
I replied asking if there was any requirement under that arrangement for Morningstar to update their information, and if so how often .
I will keep you informed . I don’t think anyone is feeling particularly ‘compelled’ to deal with the issue as the page remains as it was .
