I have no experience with UBS, and neither significant knowledge about them, other than having a vague memory of reading negative views on them over many years. I suspect that they sometimes produce a good analysis, and sometimes a poor one. I Googled “UBS” and “incompetent”, and came up with much negative comment, one being https://www.corp-research.org/UBS
I tend to take the opinions of UBS et alii with a grain of salt. In respect to the stock-market sector as a whole, the well-known HC member, madamswer, recently initiated a thread, Inordinate ineptitude, in the MND subforum. His posts 29049356 and 30766585 are worth reading.
