    NWH is a very different beast to what it was just 12 months ago.
    The reintroduction of paying dividends is going to send a very positive message to the market in terms of what is to come, irrespective of when or how little it is.
    NWH have traditionally paid a very handsome dividend and that is the juicy bone that those chasing yields are looking for before jumping on board.
    I agree with your comment re the share price appreciation being far greater than the dividend.
    But at some point if they don't pay a dividend, some shareholders will have to sell to get cash. (Not me, I promise)
    According to Commsec, NWH hit a high of $4.36, back in March 2012, with a market cap of $1.216b.
    I wonder how that will compare after the results are released next week.
    Ps, I can't wait til Wednesday. The suspense is killing me.
    Pss, I wish I knew the reasons behind Wellington's buying up. Maybe that will be answered shortly as well.
