This Company has been a long term example of bad strategic decision after bad strategic decision. The only thing that has saved their bacon is the fine quality of land assets that were, in the main, assembled by smart people many years ago. Despite the boom times for cattle station owners in the last couple of years, this outfit have managed to destroy shareholder value. I got out last year (at around $1.55) when I was told by a bloke who has cattle stations in the East Kimberley that Livingstone was a disaster and AAC wished they could give it away.
It is hard to believe that once upon a time the shares were trading at about $2.70 (and even then below NTA) and paid a regular dividend.
