hi stayer, yes with an extremely short term view that's not an entirely bad view. I tend to be more of a long term value hunter so to speak and prefer the less risky approach. OA's may very well go 3-4 times from here but the chances aren't stacked in their favour IMO as i feel the news that the market is wanting to re-rate RLE is still months off yet. Any short term gain gets eaten into by CGT, plus there's stumping up the cash to convert as i don't see being able to offload a decent holding would be easy given the historical demand. OB's could very well go 10 fold in 12-18 months and realise a discount on CGT. All comes down to personal risk aversion, outlook and opinion though.
