I can't understand that sort of reasoning - you value DMP at $38, current price is say $49.50 - so presumably that means it is currently overvalued. But then you say if it goes up to $51.10 it suddenly becomes a buy. Sorry I don't get it. I presume you are talking charts and momentum but still hard to get my head around.
The latest German acquisition and the buyout of the minority shareholder in Japan is exactly what they should be doing with their capital. It also reflects poorly on the share buyback strategy that I notice seems to have stalled thank goodness at $80 million. To be fair perhaps management did not know these opportunities would arise when they set the buyback in place. I just think the buyback was a mediocre idea to begin with.
My sentiment to DMP is rising though as I think these acquisitions will be solid.
