I'd be very careful - we are entering a period of deflation - for perhaps 10 years. All this money printing is not creating inflation plus age demographics pointing down (total spend) dictates a long grind down for GDP. This will be devastating for all assets, gold included, West and East - ie the whole world will be suckered into this.

As I recall gold correlates with inflation not deflation.

IMHO it is just a matter of time before the ECB and the Fed throw the towel in, could be a while, but eventually the piper will come.

IMHO, when this happens, all assets except cash will be spanked - good and proper. Usually in advance in the case of stocks.

Stocks will be smashed, gold ones as well.

When this happens is the only question we should all be focusing on.

I'm guessing sooner rather than later as QE is not going to work and the powers to be know this and they also know there is nothing else they can do.

I sold yesterday and very happy to dump IGR after the BS they have served up recently.
