FYI, just got a phone call from Simon, after I emailed him yesterday.

The situation about Toystore is that it is on the back burner. They had a lot of trouble sourcing the products. The product owners were reluctant to sell to someone unknown, but there Is some progress being made on this now. Simon expects Toystore to come back online next year. Part of the reason for the Toystore being on the backburner is because of the effort going into Warcom and Your Home Depot. Simon mentioned that YHD is starting to drive increasing turn over and also Wow baby has hired an extra person recently to help out. These efforts have been a focus in place of Toystore because of the troubles there – but it isn’t dead. It’ll be back in full swing some time next year – I wouldn’t hold my breath personally, so maybe 2H 2016 some time.
