It's pretty clear they want to backdoor something into SOI, regardless of whether this particular property transaction eventuates. The new director has recently moved to Perth for a reason, I guess. Maybe to be closer to SE Asia, Dubia etc, who knows. This may just be one of many projects he has going but unlikely to be all for naught. Certainly looking forward to seeing what the next step forward is for the company.
