ajbhu - You are dreaming - what I have done is compiling facts from public sources. Sorry if my post did annoy you but I feel I had quite some productive days lately. As another poster pointed out it is persistence that makes a PhD.
1) Tissue must be a GLOBAL company and need to eradicate its Australian roots.
Thank you for enlightening me - I was wondering what our expensive European Team was for and that is now cleared up. They may be a bit idle now with no product to sell. Well, good luck in leaving the Australian roots behind but please do a quick reality check and contact Dr. Denise Hodge at QUT-Bluebox (email: [email protected]).
2) PARTNERSHIP is a must. We have to build a Bridge.
You should have told that our esteemed ex-CEO.
No, we don't have to build a bridge - what we need is a new start and for this to happen we need a clean sweep. But there is a roadblock that has QUT stenciled on it. The fact is that since 2012 there have been no management changes at all - it was and is the same team since then that has worked hard to create the current mess. Over the past few days I have looked into all published announcements and the summary I have prepared does not look good at all. I shall have no problem putting it up on this forum to prove to you, among other things, that the the operations manager and the company secretary/CFO have been in it from the very start and the European team since 2012.
3) The Board has decided to look for a new CEO. It could be a fantastic boost, as a good and capable name could drive foreign interests to Tissue Therapies.
You must be joking - it is going to be very difficult to attract a good and capable name with that history of incompetence and the remuneration limitation available. Sweet dreams, ajbhu, hiring ex or retired directors from Big Pharma. Have you looked at the market cap lately? Would he/she relocate from London or New York or Paris to Brisbane?
4) There is VALUE, but the market does not yet see it? Why?
Simple: the market does not attribute any value to TIS and out of good reason. Just peruse the announcements and compile the facts then you may see it too.
5) ...we would be more supportive in providing current management with the proposals and tools to win in our mission to bring VitroGro® to the market.
ajbhu, what do you propose?
