Yeah, you're right. Don't know why i thought that. in fact, i myself posted a few weeks ago the following:
"According to the half-yearly report they had borrowings at 31/12/2007 of:
current -- $30,647,000
non current -- $26,513,000
and they just got $18,900,000 for the property, $15,000,000 from the rights issue and they no longer owe $7,300,000 to Opes Prime."
