Have not visited this thread since posting but took notice of Peppie's comments. Cashed out 80% of LRF at 61c and geared it into GMI at $1.08. And GMI is about to pay a small divvy to boot. LRF has moved 2c since and GMI 14c. Case rested. Downside of LRF almost recovered. $1.40 or so will see to it.

Some good advice here on HC. A discount to NAV worthless unless someone prepared to pay for it.

I think his point about Donner and Co seems valid.
