Both Carrousel and Weiss can. And have you noticed the responses put in place-buyback (on market and 6 monthly), weekly reports have just fallen by the wayside, the latter without even the decency to say they'd stop. We're back at a 35% discount and I do not see any effort being put in to close that gap. If they offered to buy back my shares at 90% of NTA, I'd take it up. I still have absolutely no idea why a majority of shareholders voted yes to the Caroussel/Weiss buyout proposal.
