sell on the high and buy on the low and average down very good stock to do this on due to the seasonal aspect of the business ,they had two revaluations of land holdings 15 and 16 , not a cracker this time , yet land values improved in 17, sure cattle prices have come back but no where at the rate that they devalued at, bit of monkey business going on ,like shaking of the tree by the major share holder, i like the direction of the business model but Alas more eyes on the weather ---good buy right now
