Hi @ValueInvestor123, I think Nick Xenephon and Jacqui Lambie are fairly pragmatic about the position of media laws as long as there are enough checks and balances to ensure this is fine. I think the same goes with Labor - while they value transparency in the media they are more than happy to approve laws if it makes sense (ie the Labor party isn't Tony Abbot from his Opposition days). Since Mitch is also a good operator I think they will be able to pass the laws as long as the Opposition are treated with respect and aren't merely treated as a rubber stamp.
