Where I'm getting at is that SPP and IPO people who took up stock did not take it up due to the fact that it was available at a 50% discount to the last traded price - as BUD will not necessarily open at that price - it could open anywhere from 10 cents to $10, we just don't know.
In short, subscribers to SPP and IPO cannot take stock via these methods at 10c and dump at 20c with certainty. This has been ''massively oversubscribed'' because of the fundamentals and potential of this company, not because of the discount / arbitrage appeal of it.
