Yep and ONC was offered at 25c at IPO which was a 70% discount to the high of the shell ONC.
the way the shell is traded prior to the actual IPO is not the value of the actual company.
POK shares are suspended at 20 cents and a new book build under a new ticker will take place when this opens - the 20 cent figure is gone, it does not exist anymore.
think of the trading activity of a shell prior to a backdoor listing as an ADR receipt, or something that represents something but isn't actually something.
