This may be a silly question, but the bit I'm missing is what happens to existing POK shareholders. Say someone holds a number of POK shares that were purchased at 15c. When trading opens up again after everything that needs to happen, will these POK shares simply convert to BUD shares? Will it be a 1:1?

I know a lot of this is unknown and probably where the risk lies, but can anyone give some guidance on how this normally works?
