Let's face it, more people like to complain than compliment - it masks our own deficiencies. Furthermore, of those complainants more are likely to put it in an online review for some sort of self satisfaction and feeling of revenge. I believe that reviews will strongly skew to the negative for that reason.

Perhaps a bit like those who like to suggest a few bad reviews from the past is enough to suggest the company is legless.
