Nope not when facts are in your face to point out, silence is golden when you're talking sheet without facts. Maybe this is why I get frustrated on HC because I like to talk about my stock even if it's good, bad, or ugly. Frustrating is another word for Buddy and discussion.

Discussions about 20% bad reviews is a good thing it opens people eyes that LIFX is good but needs to get better. 20% of paying customers not upgrading or buying more products is a lot and a lot of missed revenue. 

I don't write this sheet to be annoying it's to discuss it with people, yes I do find it funny if people are happy with 20% one star rating that's one fifth, all IMO.
