Study the financials , like you would if you were to buy a business on your own. If you buy a business, would you pay on future forecasts and projections or on the basis of what the business had already achieved? All sellers would tell you a rosy forecast/projection.
If you are in the niche segment of a business, your GP margin needs to be in the 50s (50%) not 29%, and we see that as is, LIFX products sell at a high price.
