You are correct we will need to take out cash on hand. I got a tip from something I never thought about, that was we have a double edged sword. Debt and dilution which in terms of company value isn't great. MC of 170mill is huge but I thought debt was just debt to repay.

In terms of being a cheap company I was just concerned with MC which is hard to justify as is with two companies losing money. I never thought much of the debt until I got a tip from someone.

In terms of an outside investor looking to buy into BUD it's not cheap, MC of 170mill is max if you ask me. But the tip pointed to debt as well as an issue, so the big game investors will look at MC and add debt to the calculation to find out how cheap or expensive the stock really is. If we take out cash on hand we will still be in debt by how much we will find out when the loan is completed by BUD.

The debt is like a second type of dilution not by shares but by debt. The positive by getting the rest by debt it doesn't dilute SH anymore but for investors looking at BUD from the outside it's something they will look at. It was something looked over in the webinar as the MC of 170mill was the big talk but not the debt in terms of value.

If LIFX and the team smash projections this won't matter much as repayments will be easy to maintain and pay off. If things don't go to plan then the company will have a few problems.

    1. Repaying the loan hopefully at a cheap rate.
    2. The company has high debt and a high MC.
    3. The stock won't be cheap so SP movement will be non existent or just go lower.

Stocks is about showing good value to the investor sitting on the sidelines watching. No different to a house show value and they will buy it. So if you're overpriced it will be hard to gain value.

I thought as well that if someone went to a broker asking if BUD was cheap currently, he would include the debt in the calculation and go no.

This is why both sides of the business need to fire as you have high debt and a high MC currently.

BUD is leveraged on LIFX and OHM smashing goals not in four years but starting now.

Not bringing fear to people just pointing out the position the company is in with debt and dilution together. Interesting times anyway by Christmas time this year we will have the full view of Buddies position, all IMO.
