    My other point is why not include the debt in MC in the webinar. This was clearly stated as 170mill MC but it's 170 mill plus the debt taken on from LIFX. 170mill is only to purchase the company but the MC is the 170mill plus debt. So DM is doing a fine job again.

    Research and tips found out are great at finding the position the company is really in, all IMO.
