Stokes imports them and sells them to miners such as FMG who are using them in operations. RIO have a different supplier, they also use them.
The distances would be longer on the Buckland Project but on a private haul road I would think it's possible. Although I'm not sure how complex the route is or how many potential risks there would be along the way.
