Blend & Pack allocated one SAMR slot to Yashili, so left two slots for WHA. I think that's good enough, one for normal cow which has already lodged, the other one for organic cow infant formula.
I don't think WHA should go for goat infant formula. Get on normal cow infant formula targeting the much much larger infant formula market, then get Australian organic infant formula.

Mind you, Blend & Pack has Australian Organic Certificate, although currently doesn't have Chinese organic certifcate. As CBDG JV is building the powder dryer facility, they may apply for Chinese organic certificate for Blend & Pack; also Mason (own 75% of Blend & Pack), WHA 5% of Blend & Pack, Andrew 20%, they are ALL involving in Blend & Pack and CBDG JV. Basically Mason, Blend & Pack and WHA are in the same boat!

Also, to obtain a Chinese organic certificate, you contact one of the 23 certified organisations in China, might not be that hard.
