CCP doesn't take any stakes in this company. I maybe not right in other opinions but u cannot beat me with this one. Weihai is Tier 3 cities in China. Why would CCP take stakes in this small little company?(Although it may be giant in its own city but not bigger in China)

For instance, China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) is a state-owned company by CCP, This one belongs to CCP, WHA signed the company which belongs to Weihai's government. There are significant differences between these two concepts.
