this saas btob company has ONLY JUST BEGUN,it is being marketed by apple,attt,salesforce and others,thats a big deal,especially apple which is now emphasizing its enterprise sales and bth is only 1 of 20 approved software products being promoted.Also,the risky shift to the US has been in place for a while,sensibly leaving the excellent techies in sydney so they dont get poached.This is a hot space and acquisition by a biggie is possible at a good price.
