for starters...BSM has $5.7m liability (royalties) to INL for ore processed or to be processed (we ,INL S/H have almost written this off completely)
There is a strong possibility that BSM might not sell the mill...The latest update doesn't sound too gloomy.
I am convinced that some sort of horse trading will eventuate regarding the royalties if the mill is not sold(doesn't make much financial sense to sell it for scrap)
What will Intec get in return? .... is hard to figure out.
Both INL & BSM have been extremely tight lipped (even when cauciously mentioning each other)
It probably is a waste of time speculating..news will eventually surface.
